representatives undergo extensive initial training so that
they can handle anything from a simple order to a call that
involves in-depth product knowledge and soft sales skills.
Additionally, focus is placed on continuing training as new
products and services are brought to firstSTREET. The end

We also have an outbound
sales group that concentrates on courtesy call backs, follow
up sales and marketing surveys. With the ability to e-mail
and call back customers that have done business with us over
